  • Items must have all original tags attached.
  • The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, customized products, and intimate wear (such as underwear, swimwear).
  • Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.

  4. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items

  6. Final Sale Items
